基板铜片拆切码垛设备用于陶瓷基板铜片不同规格拆切码垛。为双工位，涵盖放料、送料等多工序。总功率 12KW ，用气 0.3 - 0.6Mpa ，适用切割长度 184 - 200mm（精度 ±0.3mm ）、宽度 132 - 145mm、厚度 0.127 - 1.0mm 的铜片，占地 5000mm×1000mm×1600mm 。经人工放卷、伺服送料、电动裁切、移载整形、码垛移栽等流程，精准高效完成铜片加工码垛，助力陶瓷基板生产。
